1、 Extreme temperature environment application

Titanium rods can maintain stable performance within the range of -250 ℃ to 600 ℃, making them suitable for high-temperature protection components for spacecraft re-entry into the atmosphere, as well as low-temperature support structures in superconducting equipment and cryogenic engineering.

In strong acid, strong alkali, or chlorine containing media, titanium rods serve as core components such as reaction kettle stirring shafts and electrolytic cell electrodes, and are resistant to extreme corrosive environments such as hydrofluoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid.

4、 Precision electronic component manufacturing

The high conductivity and stability of titanium rods make them the preferred material for precision components such as microwave waveguide components and high-density integrated circuit heat dissipation substrates in satellite communication equipment.

5、 Nuclear and special energy fields

Titanium rods are used for cooling system pipelines in nuclear reactors, sealed containers for nuclear waste, and bipolar plates in hydrogen fuel cells, meeting strict requirements such as radiation protection and hydrogen embrittlement resistance.
