Gr1 and Gr2 pure titanium bars are unalloyed titanium products with titanium content no less than 99%, differing mainly in the content of interstitial elements such as oxygen and iron, which directly determine their mechanical properties. Both grades maintain the inherent advantages of titanium—lightweight (density of approximately 4.51 g/cm³, 40% lighter than steel), non-magnetic, and excellent low-temperature performance, making them ideal alternatives to stainless steel and nickel alloys in many harsh environments. Our Gr1 and Gr2 pure titanium bars are manufactured in strict accordance with international standards, ensuring stable quality and consistent performance for every batch.

Form: Round bar, square bar, hexagonal bar (custom shapes available on request).
Diameter Range: 6mm - 300mm (forged: 30mm - 400mm).
Length Range: 300mm - 6000mm (custom lengths available).
Surface Finish: Black leather, pickling, sand blasting, polishing, high precision machining (Ra≤0.4 μm).
Delivery Condition: As rolled, stress relieved, or annealed (annealing temperature: 649℃ - 760℃, followed by air cooling).
Standards: ASTM B348, ASME SB348, AMS 4902, MIL-T-9047, NORSOK M630/M650, GB/T 13810 (Chinese standard).
Applicable Scenarios
Gr1: Focuses on high purity and high formability requirements, such as linings for complex reaction vessels, highly plastic medical implants, cryogenic containers, and building skins.
Gr2: Has a wider range of applications, suitable for heavy-duty scenarios and large-scale industrial applications, such as chemical pipelines, seawater desalination equipment, artificial joints, aviation hydraulic lines, and power generation condenser systems.
